My calories

I found out that its kinda useless to count my calories intake. I would just take alot of protein and less carbs.

Total Calories Intake - 1825 .......... not too much protein today...

Post workout - 1 scoop of Magnum Quattro, Aston's Grilled chicken with Garden Salad and Baked Potato.

Snack - 1 kiwi fruit, few ricola lozenges, ginseng drink

Pre Sleep - 1 multigrain bar, 1 capsule of CLA
